The Emerging Filmmakers Project (EFP) has been showcasing Denver’s locally-produced movies and documentaries since 2002. Screenings are always held the third Thursday of the month. The EFP is a great place to meet and network with area filmmakers, actors, writers and many of the talented folks who work behind the camera! A spirited Q & A with the filmmaker follows each movie where you and your fellow audience members get to tell the filmmaker exactly what you think of their work!
The EFP has a large and diverse audience and has gained the respect and participation of top local filmmakers like Daniel Junge, Mary-Lyn Chambers,
David and Denise Strong, Laura Mansfield, Sheila Schroeder, Jamin Wynans, Kevin Campbell, Haylar Garcia, Jim Brennan, Eileen Agosta and Damon Martens, Darla Rae, Danny Diaz, MaryLee Herrmann, and Patrick Sheridan.
Attention filmmakers: Your movie might deserve better than to be seen only on your friend's computer. Then again, it might not. We'll decide. If it's good enough, we'll show it on The Bug Big Screen. For an EFP Submission Form, click here. Movies that screen at The Bug Theatre may be eligible for listing on IMDb.com!
